Responsibilities
Prepare raw ingredients and set up kitchen stations for daily service.
Cook menu items strictly according to recipe specs and presentation standards.
Maintain high food safety, hygiene, and workstation cleanliness.
Monitor station stock levels and report low ingredients to the chef.
Store and label all food items correctly following FIFO guidelines.
