Requirements
Proven experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe environment.
Solid knowledge of espresso extraction, grind calibration, and milk texturing.
Fast, clean, and detail-oriented work ethic under peak service hours.
Friendly customer engagement and good communication skills.
Able to work weekend shifts, public holidays, and early morning schedules.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve hot/cold coffee, espresso drinks, and tea beverages.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and manual brewing equipment expertly.
Maintain milk steaming quality, temperature, and consistent latte art standards.
Keep the coffee station, counters, and brewing gear clean and sanitized.
Monitor coffee bean inventory, assist in stock counts, and practice strict FIFO.
